Jan, 25 2008- IFAI Tent Division has awarded TopTec Products the “Award of Excellence” which recognizes excellence in tent manufacturing and tent installations with judging completed by tent rental industry peers. The job that won the award for TopTec was a highly custom tent for a very high profile event and had to be designed to fit into very tight corners. TopTec used a cantilever frame to extend the water run off so water would move over the wall and away from the event. The clear tops had to be specially designed to handle the extra run-off and keep from puddling. The custom tent has been used as a semi-permanent installation. TopTec is continuing to build its resume of high profile custom tents as part of its initiative of being a “tent partner its customers can count on”.

$500 Reward for “Naming our mascot”
It’s powerful, huge, friendly and blue but it has no name. TopTec is looking for help in giving it mascot a name and will pay $500 for best suggestion. The rules are simple. During Feb12-14 at the Mandalay Bay Conference Center, drop by our booth#7925 and write your suggested name on a business card and drop it into a specially made container. Sometime after the show our team will determine the new name and we will contact the person offering the best name. No purchase is necessary but your name needs to be in that container by the end of the show in Feb. 14th. Hope to see you there!
